General

1. Who can join this THR sharing program?

   - Open to the public, at least 17 years old and domiciled in Indonesia.

2. When is the registration period for this program?

   - The program period runs from March 1 to 21, 2025.

3. How do I join this program?

   - Have an S.id account and subscribe to a paid package (Lite, Starter, Pro, Ultimate) during March 1–21, 2025.

4. Select a payment invoice via the form at s.id/ramadan.

   - A lottery number will be given after all requirements are met.

    

   Account Requirements

    

5. Are users who subscribe via voucher/promo codes allowed to participate?

   - No. Only participants who subscribe directly (without vouchers/promos) are eligible.

6. Are monthly and annual package subscriptions equally valid?

   - Yes, as long as the subscription is active during the period 1–21 March 2025.

7. What happens if my subscription is inactive during that period?

   - You are not eligible. The subscription must be active without a break in the period 1–21 March 2025.

8. How do I get a draw number?

   - The draw number is automatically given after you meet all the requirements (active paid account + filling out the invoice form).

9. When and where is the draw held?

   - The draw via Spinwheel will be broadcast live on Instagram @home.s.id on March 25, 2025

10. What are the prizes for the winners?
    

     

     

    - 3 main winners: Rp1,000,000 cash, exclusive merch, and a 3-month Starter voucher.

    - consolation winners: Consolation prizes that have not been explained in detail.

11. Where can I access the invoice form?

    - The form is available at s.id/ramadan.

12. Do I have to have Instagram to enter the draw?

    - Not mandatory, but the draw is only broadcast on Instagram @home.s.id. Make sure you monitor the account for the final results.

13. How do I check if I'm registered?

    - Make sure you have filled out the form and received confirmation of the draw number via email/notification from S.id.

     

    Prize Distribution

     

14. How will the prizes be sent?

    - The S.id team will contact the winners via email/registered account after the draw for the prize distribution process.

15. Are participants outside Indonesia allowed to participate?

    - No. Only for those domiciled in Indonesia.

16. Is there a limit to the number of participants?

    - Not stated, as long as they meet the requirements, all participants are eligible to participate.
