You can update and change some basic info on your account.
1. Click User Settings in the sidebar menus.
2. Click Profile
3. You can change your name and gender as many times as you want. Then Click Save
4. Congratulations, your profile has been changed successfully

It's 2023. What kinda s**t service would not allow changing email address in the account & also give an account deletion button. Ethical design is appreciated by everyone.
